The primary technique that Dr. Brady uses is Gonstead, and he is just one of three practitioners specializing in this method in Northeast Ohio. You can rest assured that it’s gentle, and nothing will be done until we explain to you exactly what you can expect. We also have an instrument called an Activator® if you prefer it.
Available as a complement to your care, intersegmental traction hydrates your discs, allows you to hold the adjustment better, and will let you de-stress and feel great.
- Specific Chiropractic Adjustments: The Gonstead technique combines architecture and anatomy. We use digital full spine x-rays and a device that measures nerve pressure in order to identify where and how individual bones are misaligned so that Dr. Brady can make highly specific corrections to ensure optimal brain-to-body communication.
- Micro-nutrient Testing: This type of test measures the nutrient content inside the cells of your body, where it is required for normal cell function. This test gives us a great deal of information as to if the diet someone is following is providing their body with the essential nutrients it needs in order to function at an optimal level. People are often times told to take a large amount of supplements without any evidence that they are deficient in those supplements. This test allows us to pinpoint exact nutrients and creates a more scientific basis for dietary modifications or targeted whole-food supplementation.
